We stayed at Perthi Uchaf Villa and were warmly welcomed by Janice and her husband. They explained how the fireplace worked and gave us an insight into the property and its renovation. the cottage was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, providing plenty of space for our group of six. Surrounded by peaceful farmers' fields, the location was perfect for a quiet getaway. the beds were comfortable, and there was ample wardrobe storage. We enjoyed a walk around the nearby lake before cozying up in front of the fire. The owners even left us a lovely welcome basket with Welsh loaf, wine, and chocolates. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. Perthi Uchaf Villa provided us with a warm and cozy atmosphere. the spacious lounge area was perfect for all of us to relax, and the comfortable sofas were a plus. the owners made us feel right at home by leaving a thoughtful basket of goodies upon our arrival. One of the highlights was the direct access to a field, which was ideal for our dog. the authentic country cottage decor added to the charm of the property, and every facility was well-maintained. It was a great getaway with stunning views and close proximity to local amenities and outdoor adventures. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 👍.

Lovely little hamper and clean cottage. Just 10 minutes drive from the town and easy access to the hill. Parking is great and dogs are allowed! Would definitely stay again!

Oven and oven trays were dirty. the cold water tap upstairs is very loud and wakes everyone up in the morning.

The welcome hamper upon arrival was a real treat! Comfy beds and well-equipped house. Peaceful location with plenty of nearby activities. The open log fire was a welcome treat after a cold walk. Janice, the host, was excellent, went above and beyond.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

The property is amazing and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. Janice, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. the location was ideal for driving to nearby attractions like Snowdon and Llanberis. the view from the cottage was stunning, set within a farm. the cottage itself was a wonderful mix of old charm and modern amenities. There was plenty of space, both inside and outside the house, making it suitable for kids to explore and for me to work on my writing. the internet coverage was reliable, which was a big plus. Janice even surprised us with a lovely welcome hamper upon arrival, such a thoughtful touch. we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The property was beautifully decorated with a charming country cottage feel. It was immaculately presented and had every facility and more. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, perfect for families. The location was ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, with beautiful open spaces for outdoor activities. The property was also conveniently located near local shops and pubs, as well as being close to popular routes for hiking and exploring nature.

The shower in the bath was not to our liking, although the one in the ensuite worked great. the property was fairly isolated, especially in winter, which may not suit those looking for easy access to local pubs and amenities.

We had a fantastic value for our money, with a warm and cosy cottage that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by beautiful fields and a short drive away from the village and Snowdon. The owners were welcoming and even left us a basket of goodies to enjoy. Plus, having a gate leading out to the field was great for our dog!

Breakfast selection could have been better.

The welcome hamper upon arrival was a lovely surprise, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the location was perfect - secluded and peaceful, yet close to various activities. the open log fire was a delightful treat after a chilly hike.

Although the cottage had a charming rustic feel, the smart TV in the front room could be more user-friendly. Instructions on how to use the fireplace would have been helpful too.
